Shipping Information

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). At this time, E-CARD ID Products Ltd. only ships merchandise to locations within Canada. Orders are shipped within 5 business days once payment has cleared. We usually ship via Fedex or UPS. Shipping time and costs vary depending on your location. Please contact us for more information.

Return Policy

A Return Authorization number (RA#) must be assigned to all shipments being returned to E-CARD ID Products Ltd. The RA# can be obtained by contacting your E-CARD ID Representative. Each RA# can only be used one time for one shipment. RA#’s are canceled if not used within 30 days.

The RA# must be prominently displayed on the shipping label. If the RA# is not visible, the shipment may be refused. DO NOT place shipping labels or write the RA# on the outside of the manufacturer’s boxes. Re-box all returns in appropriate shipping cartons.

Damaged Returns

E-CARD ID Products must be notified of damaged items within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. E-CARD ID Products has the right to send our shipper to your facility to inspect and pick-up any damaged item.

Defective Returns

Freight on defective returns is the responsibility of the customer. Replacement orders will be sent out FOB Destination. Returns are for replacement only.

The following items may NOT be returned to E-CARD ID Products:
  • Items from orders that are over 20 days old.
  • Discontinued items.
  • Special Order items and Consumables.
  • Items not purchased from E-CARD ID Products.
  • Items missing their original packaging.
  • Items which have undergone revisions without being assigned a new part # by the manufacturer.

Credit for items returned will be issued at the original purchase price. All non-defective returns and items ordered in error are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
